The kitchen has had the most improvement so far. Wallpaper removal, texturing, painting, and removing linoleum is complete. All we have left in this phase is to sand, prime, and paint cabinets, and install tile! Later on down the road we'll upgrade all the appliances to stainless and install new countertops and backsplash!
Kasey's grandmother and I takcled the back yard yesterday. For FOUR hours we worked in the back pulling weeds only to discover tons of pea gravel in one corner of our back yard. There is a picture of just one of the piles we made below.

There is a picture of just one of the piles we made below. On the other side of the yard we pulled weeds mixed with ivy and leaves! There were many time that I wanted to go inside and sit, but Ingrid kept on going!

Thanks! YES i am worn out this week i hit the point of exhaustion with some flu like symptoms!!! no joke!
